About Cycle the Month

Cycle the Month is a virtual challenge for cyclists everywhere. You can sign up to cycle three distances:

  • New to cycling, or it’s been a few years? Take on 100 miles.
  • Ready to take it up a gear? Cycle 200 miles.
  • Feeling up for a challenge? Keep pedalling up to 300 miles.

Pedal your distance your way: in one day, over a week, or build up your miles over the whole of May. We’ll be with you every step of the way to offer support.

  • Stay active - Cycling is a great way to keep fit and tone those leg muscles.
  • Boost your mood - Make the most of the warmer weather and get outside to soak up that vitamin D. Even on a static bike, moving your body can improve your mental wellbeing.
  • Fund lifesaving research - Every pound you raise will help find better treatments and tests for men affected by prostate cancer, a disease affecting 1 in 8 men.
